Dylan’s progression runs through autocross, HPDE, test-and-tune and full PCA club racing. At Sebring, he has competed in the SP3 field in the team-built 1988 Porsche 944 Turbo S—on a circuit that exposes every weakness in car preparation and driver discipline.

THE CAR IS A SYSTEM

No random parts list. DTEC starts with the mission, establishes the mechanical baseline and develops the car in a deliberate sequence.

    Define the mission

    Street/track balance, event type, driver experience, budget and the car’s current condition.

    Establish the baseline

    Inspect, measure and identify the reliability work that must come before speed.

    Configure the system

    Make the brakes, suspension, tires, safety equipment and powertrain work as one car.

  4. 04

    Test and refine

    Use driver feedback and track behavior to adjust the setup instead of chasing parts.
